Teaching is has been a central part of my professional life for well over a decade. I’ve taught philosophy at Northwestern University, Elmhurst College, Loyola University of Chicago, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I’ve also worked as a tutor for Northwestern’s N’Cat program, tutoring student athletes in courses in Philosophy, Linguistics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, and Gender Studies. Prior to my graduate studies in philosophy, I taught at P53K in Brooklyn, New York, in a District 75 school (New York City’s district for students with special needs), with a particular focus on literacy instruction.
I am an enthusiastic and dedicated educator, and I am prepared to teach a number of classes at the introductory or advanced undergraduate level, including Logic, Ethics (theoretical and practical), the History of Philosophy (in particular Early Modern Philosophy), Social Philosophy (especially Feminist Philosophy), Epistemology, Metaphysics, and the Philosophy of Language and Mind. Additionally, I am prepared to teach courses in Linguistics on Semantics and Pragmatics, or an introductory course to Generative Syntax. See below for more information of courses I've taught.

Through this course, my ability to read, and more importantly comprehend, complicated texts has really grown. The method you gave us at the beginning of the semester was very beneficial to me and it is something I have implemented on almost all of our readings.
